Order Policy
Overnight Rentals (after 8pm): An additional fee of $50 will apply.
*Delivery fee:
Short Haul (up to 10 miles of Redford)-FREE
Long Haul (more than 10 miles of Redford)-$30
**Same Day Delivery: A convenience fee of $20 will be applied for orders less than 48 hours in advance.
*A minimum of $45 is required for ALL orders. A $30 Non-refundable Deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit amount will go towards total price. Full amount is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date, unless a cash option was discussed and confirmed in advance.
NO Refunds on Tent Bundles, Tables Bundles, Tables and/or Chairs orders. Customers are responsible for table and chair setups (Drop-off Only), unless previously discussed before arrival. A 20% fee will apply for tables and chairs setup. ALL tent and inflatable orders include setup and take down.
Lost or Damaged: Customers are responsible for paying retail value for each item lost or damaged while in their care.
Refund policy ONLY applies to Tents and/or Inflatables rentals (Tent Bundles DO NOT apply to refund policy):
- Refunds are allowed on fully paid orders up to 3 weeks before of event date with a 30% reallocation fee + $30 non-refundable deposit fee which will be deducted from total amount paid. (NO Refunds are allowed within 3 weeks of event the date.)
- Reschedules ONLY applies if severe weather is unexpected. Customers are responsible for knowing the weather of event date. If rescheduled, you must reschedule within 6 months, and refund policy is no longer valid. (NO Refunds Allowed for reschedule orders)
